Founder Story – Why OJEN Exists

OJEN wasn’t founded on theories or trends, it was born from real-life experience and a deep understanding of what truly drives workplace excellence.

As a Corporate Quality of Life Specialist, PhD researcher, and certified trainer and coach, I personally witnessed the challenges of poor workplace practices:
